I do not really understand how users can get banned playing high quality chess with lower rating. There wasn't any use of chess engine. Maybe the moderators are lower rated that why they decided to ban a lower rated account.

Engine City a.k.a. chess dot com is a dung heap compared to Lichess. You have no idea what you're saying.

The Moderator is not the ban player, but it's Anti-Cheat detection or a Anti-Cheat system, which is a detect a engine move and compare it with a strongest engine, you shall never blame moderator first without any proof!

I don't know the specific case. As well as using an engine, it is also forbidden to get a stronger player to play on your account, so if I played a rapid game with someone else's account it would be cheating (on that account) and if their rapid rating is 1300 but they are playing like a 2120 it would show there's something amiss.
If I played a game on someone else's account with a similar rating, it would also be against the rules but less likely to be detected.

@Marktanc you're not the banned person yourself. How can you claim that someone else was falsebanned?

Pretty interesting assuming you do not even know a single mod neither how they work exactly.

in comparison to lichess.
