is using a chessboard during puzzle streak cheating

I have a bad habit of moving too quickly. I want to really delve deep into complicated positions but to do that I need to either use a high puzzle rating or get really far in puzzle streak
Is using a physical chessboard (no engine) for learning purposes ok on puzzle streak/ rated puzzles?

The general consensus is that using a physical board for both online games and puzzles is OK as long as you behave the same way as you would in a real game, i.e. you don't play out the variants on the board while calculating them and only play a move on the board when you actually play it.

That has very much nothing to do with whether you should use a physical board while puzzle streak.

There are many cheated puzzle streak scores out there for sure, so I don't think the question for a physical board matters that much

technically you're not using an engine? plus puzzles are pretty casual but obviously cheating is dumb... but realistically if you have a physical Chess board and your own mind, is it even cheating for a real game?

That makes sense, thank you
