I was wrongly accused

Just hours ago all my correspondence games were automatically resigned. After some research, I learned that it was possibly due to having been reported as using a chess engine, although no actual info was given by Lichess.

I'm not techie and I'm not familiar with online chess systems, and I'm not sure what happened. In any case, I'm not using any chess engine. Although I'm not as strong back in my college days when I was a varsity player, I can still punch some good moves. But still, I don't think my moves are computer-level.

I'm playing chess for fun and excitement. Rating doesn't concern me, and there's no reason to use a chess engine. However, to be accused of cheating is not at all acceptable.

Below are my correspondence games. You can analyze them:

I don't want to be mean but in prisons there are a LOT of self-proclaimed innocents, before you try to defend your case contact the mods and be sure that it is cheating because "violated the terms of use" could also be you making too many side accounts, disrespecting other players, aborting too many games or stuff like that.

You have to go to lichess.org/appeal .
To everyone who suggested to make an appeal, there is nothing to appeal because there was no official decision or adjudication made by Lichess. The system simply "resigned" my games.

In that link, it says "I deny having used outside assistance in my games.". However, there is nothing to deny because there was no official decision or adjudication made by Lichess.

Those persons in prisons were informed of the accusations hurled against them, were not denied due process and had the opportunity to present evidence and defend themselves.
You agreed to the ToS, so what do you want?

It is clear in that Terms and Conditions that suspension and termination must be "for any reason", it means there must be a reason. Therefore, Lichess has the duty to provide the reason before suspending and terminating an account. Suspending or terminating an account without any reason is a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

There is nothing to appeal because there was no official decision or adjudication made by Lichess.
