I was wrongly accused

OFC I have read the ToS, and in fact I prepare and analyze contracts and agreements on a regular basis.

And yes I already sent an e-mail to request for support. And since this is chess-related, I shared my thoughts in the General Discussion.
@EJ_Sam

Most likely you were using Analysis board in a different tab while your game was in play, or possibly you were looking at the position of one of your correspondence games in Analysis Board.

Note that Lichess does not send out ban notices/decisions to players. If you feel you were wrongly accused, you can send an appeal.

The best reply so far.

Yes, I usually analyze my games with the fish chess, or something like that, but the button becomes available only after the game ends, so it can't be used during the game.

With regards to correspondence games, most of the time I use the Analysis Board to study the position and to make future moves. But if it's considered cheating why is it available?

For correspondence games there actually is an analysis board you can use during the game, it doesn't do any analysis for you it's just simply a way you can makes what/if type moves before you make your move. You can also use to make conditional moves if you want.

But no, running an engine to make your moves for you is against the rules, from the FAQ:

"On Lichess, the main difference in rules for correspondence chess is that an opening book is allowed. The use of engines is still prohibited and will result in being flagged for engine assistance. Although ICCF allows engine use in correspondence, Lichess does not."

But the fish chess engine button becomes available only after the game ends, so it can't be used during the game.
After the game is before the game (or amidst another one). I would be careful to use engines while playing. It is a no-go. But OFC you read the ToS.

That fish chess engine is provided by Lichess itself and cannot be used during the game. The button (that looks like a microscope) appears only after the game ends.
You can appeal as i was said, but don't have any illusions. My appeal was unsuccessful. It was said anti cheating algorithm marked my account with enough eviidence. They don't want to say what evidence, becuse it explains the method.
If only they had analysed my games they would have seen it doesn't have sense.
It happened after Thurstday bundesliga, where i lost 150 rating points.

That's horrible. I looked up your profile and you've been a member since 2018. Losing your years of hard-work must be very frustrating. I've been a member for only a week so it has less impact on me.

I'm very new in online chess and probably too old to understand these new things. Online chess is probably not for me. I can't even use a mouse properly. But I'm afraid that these incidents may discourage young players.
