This may be true, but it's no proof that he doesn't ever fudge his rating. Going from 3000 to 3700 in just a few weeks is still ... interesting, to say the least. I know how 2800+ puzzles are like, even 2600+ GMs have trouble solving them.
Also if you're referring to his recent 100 daily puzzles ... they're all casual, his rating hasn't updated for a while.
I didn't look that closely at the details, I just saw the profile shows the FIDE link and 'assuming' that profile is really him, I would think it's hard to hit 3100 blitz here without either being pretty good, or getting caught. So I figure he's legit and I'm going with the prior. I didn't think it's appropriate for people to suggest he's doing anything untoward, and I really don't care if he's gaming the puzzle rating a bit. He's still quite strong. I didn't realize they were casual lately, didn't care. He's way better than I am if he can get 90% correct, memorized or not. :D

The 100 daily puzzles actually give a hint how Sina has probably achieved his high puzzle rating, namely through memorization. If Sina has solved Lichess puzzles every day since he joined, he probably has seen most of the 2800+ rated puzzles and only needs to actually calculate a few of them by now.
Apparently he does not want to spoil his record puzzle rating and only solves puzzles casually, otherwise a success rate of 93% would not be enough to keep a puzzle rating of 3700. Last time I checked a few months ago there was no puzzle with a rating over 3300.
I'm fine with it even if he memorized them. I too will even stop doing puzzles when I think I'm too distracted to really focus, just to sort of salvage my rating as much as possible. I know it means nothing, but solving at 3am when I'm half asleep, takes a lot of work to recover from. Lol.
I have 2 puzzle ratings. 1g1yy awake and alert. 1g1yy asleep, drinking, distracted, using up 5 minutes of free time during the day on puzzles, whatever. Those two people are about 300-400 points different.
It says sina movahed, hes a prodigy from iran

I know how to get that kind of rating, about 3000 or 3100 but this can only be achieved by cheating.
Unless that person is an IM or GM.
He just became a GM, if it it ACTUALLY is sina, if its not then its an impersonator,
I think it not the highest puzzle level because I found player who's raiting is 3478 and I was found player who has 3500< so 3300 is not record

Nah dude. I’ve seen players with ratings WAY HIGHER than that

My CHESSCOM rating is 4100 but that’s because the puzzles in chesscom are EASY!!! In lichess 3701 is VERY IMPRESSIVE
It's especially because the rating system of chesscom is totally different from Lichess.
Lichess puzzle ratings are like game ratings, so you can't earn much from a puzzle if it's rated way less lower than yourself.
Chesscom always gives the same amount of points for each puzzle, that's why chesscom puzzle ratings can skyrocket into crazy scales
