I cry foul, and hope against hope that powers that be fight the good fight to try and stop this

yes you are right to show up in front of cheaters, there must be a lot more than what is suggested, I totally agree :) pay no attention to the cheater.

message for cheaters: it doesn't there's no point in cheating, all the opponents you meet, don't care and know that you're cheating, it's obvious. For the opponent it's often a loss vs to a cheater in a number of winning games, you're just wasting your time thinking you're to injure people when it's just not injure anyone except you, you'll be dishonored for life.

the only point where i disagree with @Acerb8 most opponents don't cheat

good luck getting over your bad moment and good courage https://i.imgur.com/OhnfeZS.jpg .

> most of lichess players cannot be cheating for simple fact that average lichess player is very weak. Median lichess player would be in bottom 25% in most of weekend tournaments. So if most of them cheat they freakingly bad at it.

If they were too good at being a big cat on the savannah, their accounts would be closed, I am merely pointing out that it seems like there is a line at my door with all those good at it to not be pegged with the bots that check this stuff out to flag them, and being an alarmist, I tend to get huffy and think I’m persecuted et cetera...

Yes, thank you so much, encouraging and helpful... and yes I tend to lump everything into one without allowing for nuance to ebb and flow, and I’m definitely the alarmist type exaggeration to pursue my narrative thank you 8D
I admit that many people are quite cold on the forum but many are very nice, that's why @Acerb8 I think that's it

personally I support you, many support you and do not write in the forum I think, those who also write I think

> Looking at some of your classical games here on lichess I could see that you play most games in about 2 to max 5 minutes, but many games you just take about 2 minutes. I recommend to take more time and see if it can make a difference regarding your perception of your opponents and their play.

Yes, a fact that I cannot seem to break away from, and is the reason I began to play classical ...
My chess speed is pretty constant, I tend to play what I feel and play like the devil is chasing me...
A great bit of advise there, I agree, I am learning that there are things to consider while in-play, and hopefully this consideration will help to slow me down enough to actually play chess, instead of what I am doing, which obviously is not really chess...
And your instinct is correct in that had I already fixed this bit of issue, these posts would never have been written, and to all, aren’t you glad you have read something that would never have been written had I not been upset...
And it follows, I am my own builder of my 7 levels of hell, and seem to like to waddle in my misfortunes rather than strike out in a glorious race into providence....

Alas!! We’re it be so simple to point to an obvious negative blame it for my woes and become the superstar I urgently aspire to...
But, life is a little more complex than this, and chess, is hard, ‘twere it easy no one would be playing it at all...
Okay okay I was a bit one sided in yelling into the dark about my plight, which in fact, is really my own doing, would I love to have no other symptoms of foolishness and stand atop the heap of righteousness and declare all to be the villain

But this is no such case, I am human fraught with human level of inequities, perhaps it is my super power my bombastic level of absurdity pointing fingers alarming the masses, crying foul....

Now that I’m calm and cool headed ... do I reread my posting and shrink back appalled at what I have done!!! 8D no way,

I will be doing this again and again as I have done before, for I am but a mere fool

Thank you everyone, for you crash course in humility and the cold water of reality, I appreciate everything and everyone

this proves that many cheats and even in be live on youtube which is very despicable and abject (if the person cheats of course) already I don't respect him as long as he doesn't respect his opponents "all chess players are ugly and have never touched of woman in their life" shame on him.

when he said this sentence he had created his first vanessa account, he deleted the video and his account was banned.

Yes, I agree, to be unfair and develop rhetoric that will one day fuel my incensed behavior is far worse than to contend with a slight probability my opponent is something I consider. I appreciate the flag to warn me of stepping into this , 8D niice (I use two i’s because it deserves better than nice...) thank you
@Acerb8
While I wholly support your conviction that cheating in online chess not only makes the game terrible for everyone but is incredibly silly, I don't really think that there are many cheaters on lichess. Honestly most of the time I lose it's because I miss a move in the continuation or misevaluate the position and some people don't have the same blind spots. Does that mean they're cheating of course not. Do I care if they're cheating? I personally wouldn't get too flustered if they were; they outplayed me regardless. One needs to stop caring so much about that little number next to your profile and just enjoy playing and learning the game because, at the end of the day, chess is completely meaningless anywhere other than a chess board and is a game most people simply play because it's enjoyable. If you no longer find it enjoyable, simply take a break.
