Which two openings for black and white can you recommend for beginners? Especially openings you can deliver almost every game
As white I always play D4, if response D5 i go queens gambit, if response is something else i try to freestyle
As black I have no idea what i am doing. Sometimes I go petrovs or just reverse playing

I recommend Chigorin's Defense due to respond against 1.d4 and French Defense against 1.e4. When you'll be playing with white pieces try Zukertort variation or Colle system.

Also London system is quite appropriate for beginners.

Ouah I disagree with chigorin defense it is very complicated for beginners.
indeed if you want to play d4: queen's gambit or london system are great + they have some skill cap. You can play them with 900 elo and with 2000 elo and you will still learn new things about the positions ...
With e4 you should play the italian or the ruy lopez. I would more recommend the italian which is the perferct opening for beginer. The main problem with e4 is that you will have lots of different defense against you. On one hand it can be hard and on the other hand it can show you what you want to play as black against e4 ^^
As black in fact you can choose whatever you want if it is a sound opening: french, caro khan, e5, sicilian ... I would recommend just to try one opening for 2 weeks, and then switch until you find something that you really like
Agaisnt d4 as black do not bother you. Play solid like the slav defense, queen's gambit refuted ...

Well, Chigorin's Defense is the best opening for beginners because it opens up the position and creates active counter-play for Black. Usually White doesn't know enough theory to bring complications to the board, so it's just perfect for beginners. Slav defense requires a lot of positional understanding. Beginner will suffer really hard in Slav defense.

Sicilian defence! As soon as I first used it I was hooked. Not played anything else against e4 since.

As a (mostly) beginner myself, I found some success with the London and Colle systems when I was around ~1000-ish, so that will be my recommendation as white, as they generally follow set "themes" and aim to reach a certain position, requiring much less theory. Against 1.e4 as black, I mostly play Scandinavian, but that's just personal preference, as I would mainly recommend Caro-Kann or French against 1.e4. Against 1.d4, Grünfeld and KID are solid options.
Btw here's a great quick guide to the London: https://www.chessable.com/short-sweet-the-london-system/course/5774/

@KalabukhovDaniil i understand what you mean and ok I agree with you but when he will be 1200 elo he will be stuck and he will have to change one more time.

WHITE -
You already found an opening as white, the only thing you should prepare for as white is how to respond to 2. ...Nf6 which is also very common against the Queens pawn.
In case you decide to start with e4, I would recommend playing the Italian Game, Ruy Lopez or - if black responds with c5 a game - with Nf3 and d3 and g3 (fianchetto).
-
BLACK -
As black for beginners I recommend to play the Italian Game vs. e4 and the Queens-Gambit Declined against d4. If any other move is played you often can start with e5 or d5 and control the center.
I prefer playing Sicilian against e4 and Nimzo-Indian against d4. But both are not good for beginners in my opinion, because in the Sicilian you need to learn a lot before playing it and in the Nimzo-Indian you often exchange your bishop for a knight.
I hope I could help you, if you have questions feel free to ask. Just mention me with @<name> like I did and I will respond

@Slugy he won't be stuck ;) Why do you think he is going to be stuck with that opening? Do you know that Morozevich plays Chigorin's Defense and he is an elite GM.
