I really find it difficult to win a game being copied by my opponent. Can someone help me out? I know I'm not the only one who have experienced this type of game. I wanna hear some tips and maybe it would help me. Thanks.

Giving a check instantly breaks the chain.

I doubt that he will copy a check.

Another easy maneuver is to move a queen, rook, or bishop to an undefended square. If they copy, they lose the piece.

there is a point in every copy cat game where you capture a piece, and your opponent can no longer copy but must answer the threat.
white has first move advantage, so black will lose the copy cat game.
just check your opponent.

@Sarg0n there are instances where white blocks a check but in that move, black might also be check. I don't know how to expound this.
