Last month I played my first Rating tournament. There were total 9 rounds, in which I got paired against rated players in 8 rounds, of which I won 5 games.
Will I get a FIDE rating or still some requirement is missed?

If at least 5 of your opponents had a FIDE rating and you got a performance of at least 1400 then yes, you probably will get a rating.

I am not sure if there is a minimum number of games that need to be played.
New ratings are published every 1st of the month, i.e. tomorrow.

Is these explicitly mentioned somewhere in Fide site?
Can someone share the link of rating rules

Here you go: https://handbook.fide.com/chapter/B022024.
§ 7.1.4 is the one relevant for you.

Actually, FRL is usually published one day earlier, on the last day of previous month (which would be today).

If you already have a FIDE id assigned, you should see your profile on ratings.fide.com and there is a chance your results would be already shown on the "Calculations" tab as "(tentative)". But IIRC it shows rating performance from the tournaments for players who do not have a rating yet and does not thake the two "virtual draws" into account so that the actual initial rating will be a bit different than what is shown there.
Note: there also a "Calculators" link that will allow you to calculate a rating (both intial and update) but it is based on older version of rating regulations so that the values of initial rating are completely wrong for players who score more than 50%.

You will get a FIDE rating of 1550-1700 in my opinion but you will definitely get
