5-10 players. They can cheat using engines.

it really depends on the clock time and importance of tournament.

f.i. I play 2+1 quick pairing: Out of my last more than 100 games none was a cheat.
2+1 without logging in (anonymous games) i do get some possible cheats.

10 min and 20+10 shield tournament you do get cheats if you compete for top spots. 2 or 3 cheaters in the first 30 games most of the time.
My max is in a marathon tourney. Was in top 10 in the beginning of the tournament and instead of going to bed i went on playing and losing. Next morning i had 5 cheater messages.
But in marathon the last 12 hours you do get 0 cheaters.

I would say around 20-30 percent (including unrated games).

I would guess, the percentage out of 100 games is very similar to the percentage out of 1,000 games :)

50% i guess. I read that chess.com closes 500 accounts per day for using engines. Guess were they go .
If they want to answer this question they surely will need an engine to solve this captcha ;)

For me it's much less than 1%.

Several times I've been given free points for losing to a cheater who didn't cheat when they played me. I've never had LiChess fail to ban someone who cheated when they played me.

I play a lot of 10+5 anonymous games and actually do not find a lot of cheaters. Maybe 2-3% maximum. Usually you can tell because of the even amount of time between each move or a terrible opening and then suddenly brilliant play.

For me : 5 times (max) in 3047 rated blitz, rapid and classical games = 0,164% (max)
