"I don't know how get past this level." * Analyse your lost games. Identify your weaknesses. Work on those.

"How much time should I spend" * What you are able and willing to spend.

"what should I focus on?" * Probably rook endgames

But most of the times I am unable to identify my weaknesses and when I analyse my game with engine I can't figure out that why it is a mistake.

"when I analyse my game with engine I can't figure out that why it is a mistake"

  • You lost the game, so you made a decisive mistake. It is a mistake because it made you lose the game. Find that decisive mistake. What moves did you consider? Why did you play the mistake? What was the right move? Did you consider it? How much time did you spend on the mistake? How much time did you have available on your clock?

Also I spent way to much time and when I get a winning position and blunder and bottle my advantage under time pressure. What should I do to fix that??

"Also I spent way to much time" * Time is a resource. You should use it. Better a winning position low on time than a losing position with plenty of time left on your clock.

"when I get a winning position and blunder" * Blunder check each move before you play it.

"bottle my advantage under time pressure" * If you play 15+10 rapid you avoid all time pressure. You have 10 seconds per move to win your won position.

"What should I do to fix that?" * Endgame study helps technique to win won positions.

if u want blitz (3+0), play puzzle racer or puzzle batlle/puzzle rush if u have premium on chess.com, but if u want rapid, still train puzzles, but its better to play normal ones with no time limit, because the easier tactics will be easier to spot with a of of time, and always, ALWAYS, review games. And, in games, always stop for five seconds to not blunder, and to be able to spot easier tactics. If u have the budget, hire a coach on an acceptablle price (less then 20euros an hour), but dont hire a coach with a title less then an IM. Hope this helped!
