Click your profile, then go to Background, then click any of those provided to you (you might be able to put the URL of another image not on lichess but I can't vouch for that.) I would upload an image of what the menu looks like but I don't know how .-.

You can. There's a box at the bottom.

I would upload an image of what the menu looks like but I don't know how .-.

You can upload images to Imgur and put the link here (to the image, not the album).
