i played a game on chess.com and got 74% accuracy and the same game when analyzed on lichess the accuracy is 89%
so which one should i consider more accurate?

You should consider lichess more accurate, as that number is higher :)

since the both use different formulas they cannot be compared. There is no truly objective measure that can be called accuracy. And definately there is no agreement what accuracy means. Also it is not meaninful measure on a single game. If one of the players blunders on early phase of the game and keeps on playing then opponents accuracy is going to highr than usual as almost any move wins i.e. is accurate

Actually all that computer accuracy doesn't matter in our games. But if you ask which engine is stronger, I opt for lichess.
