Hot to convert Lichess Puzzles Database Into PGN Format

Hello guys, I need some help, as we know we can download lichess puzzles database from lichess. But it is in different format I want to know how to convert them into PGN format or in chessbase format.

Pls help as soon as possible.

download the .bz2 file from database.lichess.org
extract it with 7zip or winrar
open the .csv file
copy them and paste them to a .txt file (paste them like format in .pgn file)
change file extension from .txt to .pgn
done

@RaviharaV can you explain a little that open .csv file in which software and also when I paste it in .txt file and change to .pgn then there is no game show in that pgn file pls dm me if possible or send your help here.
