I played 2 Classical League Games at the End of November, 2023. The League Tournament has already Ended, and FIDE updates on the first day of every month but my rating did not change. All my friends' ratings have updated. I have made sure the League games were rated.
No one hear can give you an answer. Your national chess federation has nominated a FIDE rating officer and he is the one you should send your question to. You can find contact information from you federation wep-page or also from FIDE as they have those listed https://ratings.fide.com/fide_directory.phtml?list=985 click on member federation and find yours.
How should we know?
Have you looked if everything has been arranged and submitted properly?

Thanks for the advices, turns out the rating written next to their name were just "Estimated so far". Even if it wasn't in the system. The game didn't affect their Estimated rating either. Still a bit weird but I guess it is what it is. :]
