fide and lichess rating comparison

My fide is around 1200 and my lichess rating is 2200+.

yeah sometimes it happens. The rating on lichess is your "real" rating, since you play more often than in FIDE rated events. And with Covid19, many players grew their strength way above their actual rating. Also, you might've played very few rated tournaments (like me) and so your fide is more or less provisional.

Can someone help me find if I am underrated or am I over rated in fide and national

@GavinSheahan u are kinda at 1300 fide i.e a very good player but still its bit underrated
