round 1600 could be goodish... guess. But really depends. Like assuming classical time limits there is additinal questions:
- can you slow down you play so as to use clock time
- can gain by thingking more . Like if miss somethign obvious will you see if you look more or it is gonna be mystery for ever.
Good Luck.
did not know there OTB tournaments at some part of the worl still

you can't compare your blitz or rapid rating with fide's.
- the pool of player is different
- the rating system is different (even you more or less guess the elo from glicko2)
- the time control is different. You play 3-10min games on lichess while fide ratings are 90+30

yeah for rapid and blitz maybe. So with your blitz, i would say around 1200-1300 and with rapid, probably 1400-1500 (i have a friend rated 1500 and 2000 on this site, so i guess the corelation is more or less this one)

I haven't a clue if I am underrated fide and national im 1200 fide and 980 national so if someone can show me how to calculate my actual fide because it is provisional

It is not possible to calculate if you are provisional. you just nee to play more FIDE sanctioned games

Tbh when I talked to a well-respected player (2300+, not-titled) he said that one factor was that in Western countries people PAID each other to fix matches, leading to inflated ratings. He also said that the strength of the players become similar for both the Western and Indian chess community at 2200+.I'm not sure how big of a factor this is but this is not my own opinion. I'm not sure why is there a deflation in ratings in India but what is sure is that it does exist. For example any random 1600 in India will have an URS rating( on ChessDb) of around 2000.
