I Asking Because I Don't Know, What Is Hand And Brain Account?

#1 Hand and brain is allowed in casual mode, even better if the players communicate in advance to their opponent in game chat.
Hand and brain in rated mode might be considered rating manipulation.

Hand and brain is probably weaker than the stronger player alone. „TY“ is the answer^^

@Sarg0n , but stronger then the weaker player, who owns the account

If the hand is stronger player, they get some benefits.
If the brain is stronger player, they usually get the same performance as weaker hand.
The team already has time disadvantage regardless.

In fact, hand and brain is generally a handicap, not an advantage.

I'm unsure but I do believe some provided info here is untrue. Number one someone said to add the screenshot to the appeal. I think he meant to report, but he is correct, screenshotting his message would provide you critical evidence that would likely get him banned. In addition to that, I don't think it's allowed in casual mode either. Because cheating isn't allowed in casual mode. To answer your question, yes, I think hand and brain is a direct violation of ToS #1. As the ToS states:

  1. Cheating. We define this as using any external assistance to strengthen your knowledge and, or, calculation ability to gain an unfair advantage over your opponent. Some examples would include computer engine assistance, opening books (except for correspondence games), endgame tablebases, and asking another player for help, although these aren’t the only things we would consider cheating.

"and asking another player for help, although these aren't the only things we would consider cheating"

I'm fairly sure hand and brain falls under that.

in any game where time is running out and you dont get an add you shouldnt underestimate how good your communication must be to actually gain an advantage from someone else narrowing down your candidate moves.

there are some scenarios (hanging/overloaded piece, counter attack e.g.) where it could be a time saver but on average you just lose mass amounts of time through the communication. thoughts are faster than speech after all.

if he is a good teacher and or a good sport he will not confirm any moves (that would render the whole exercise pointless).

@Herzogenrauch Use lichess.org/report and include a screenshot of their profile. This is clear rating manipulation.

Maybe I should make a Hand & Brain account with GM Stockfish

@TheXtraStupidOne But it's a stocky fish, so how would you two communicate?
