i think lichess.org because its just better. but on chess.com u can make ur own varients, but its not free.
lichess because of the free game analysis. chess.com gives 1 free game analysis a day at depth 18. lichess gives 25 free game analysis per day, last I checked, at average depth 22.

I think lichess.com. I have never played on chess.com but in lichess you can play in different variants in free.
puzzles and analysis are free on lichess but variants are better on chess.com
i reccomend, for slow conections, lichess.
at anither point i like more lichess. because all their things are free
