Hard to say if they did. I can go from 48% accuracy against stuff I rarely see to 90% + when they play something I actually prepare for.

But yes, cheaters should never be allowed to play chess again anywhere except prison.

So why they send me a message "You lost rating points to someone who violated the Lichess TOS" and not "....might violated the Lichess TOS"?
And if I know the particular game I won't say anything about this player because it will be me who violates the Lichess TOS.
