In any case I would appeal. If there is in fact a bug in the cheat detection the Lichess team certainly wants to learn about it.
does cheat detected means account is banned? or how to appeal?

No, u just lose rating and that's all but prevent doing that so u can't get banned.

Your account is not banned. I am not sure why you got the cheat detected if all you say is true. But when it says the cheat detected it does not ban you and just cancels the game.
ok thanks I don't care about losing the elo because I was gonna lose anyway.

Appeal via https://lichess.org/appeal
No, your account isn't banned. Neither does it have the cheat mark on it which you can see if you mouse hover over the user name. The cheat mark says something like "this user violated the Lichess TOS" in red instead of showing your ratings. So your account is fine.

Oh, I didn't know that appeal is only possible with a ban. Guess you have to leave it at that then. Or use the contact page:

You can consider the cheat detected as a warning and appeal for that.
