I recently played a friendly match, ten minutes, against an opponent who was shamelessly using a program. I analyzed the match and had confirmation of it. With a very low score he was able to play sets of seven eight moves identical to those indicated by stockfish in complicated positions ...
I reported the game but after a few days I see that this guy continues to play regularly. The question I ask is: but in the friendly mode is it allowed to cheat?
It’s not allowed. Never. Not even against bots. Cheat detection is complex is Lichess makes sure not to ban people simply because they played very well (I don’t know where they draw the line or if a single instance of cheating is enough to get you banned).

Cheating is bad everywhere, even in casual games. Why do you play games? To have fun. Then playing games becomes worthless if you ruin the fun it gives.
cheat is a cheat dont waste time on it
What is friendly about cheating.
If they cheat they are not your friend and would not play you a friendly game.
