I'd probably play Nc6, forcing the dark bishop exchange while staying a piece up. But tpr's 25.Nf3+ gxf3 26.d4 looks crushing.
The way you played it, it looks like 29.Be2 would have survived the attack by allowing the king to run away to f1. But you're still up material.
