Maximum 30 game analysis per day rule

Hi,

I have searched to see if this topic has been covered already, but cannot find anything. Is there a reason why Lichess has limited the number of times one can analyse games per day to 30?

How do you know there is a limited amount of time you can analyse games per day ?

I recently became frustrated at being a patzer, so I started making it a point of duty to analyse all my games after play. That was when I found out that after 30 analysis, my games stopped analysing :-(. You can try if you like.

@masterc34 Hi, I didn't know that there was actually a limit.
Well I think that 30 deep analysis per day is enough, of course it would be great to have more but then maybe that the server will have some problems ?
But as I said, 30 should still be enough, and if not you can analyse without the deep analysis

I recall a mod once, on this topic, saying this rule is intended to combat 'abuse'. I think the limit should be expanded (!), be it 50 games or 100 games.

I think 10 games analysed in rapid or classical time control per day would be good enough.

I agree it should be expanded to 50 games, but you can always use local analysis.

Maybe limit analysis time < play time
