I wanted to join the Lonewolf league but don't have enough classical games to have a rating. But it has motivated me to play more long time control chess (my goal is three games / week in 30+0 or 20+10), so that I hopefully can join the Lonewolf league in a couple of weeks or the next season.

Revisiting this post again... on second read your notes about physical game day prep really stand out to me as good advice.

I love that you thought to add this. I think players tend to overlook taking care of themselves in order to perform well.
