So lately I worked on something I really didn't intend to, but it was fun: custom chess pieces.

You see, images can be loaded from everywhere on Lichess and they can be loaded all the time from GitHub, so why not add some chess sets directly from GitHub?
To use the new piece sets, first enable them in Preferences, then go to the piece sets selector in Lichess, press the + button to show all and choose. Since most GitHub repos were copies of Chesscom and Lichess sets, there will be duplicates, but I have no way to determine if they updated the sets somehow.

So if I can add new piece sets, why not new sound themes? @Ford_Crown_Vic created a new Mortal Kombat theme. Well, here is where CORS rears its ugly head. I found ways around Lichess' restrictions, but GitHub doesn't allow the loading of .mp3 files from JavaScript like they do images, so I had to host the theme somewhere else. And now it works!
Just like with piece sets, first enable them from Preferences, then go to the Lichess sound theme selector and pick what you want.

Note that if the hosting site is down, you will have some issues, but well, it happens. Blame "web security"!

Finally, people asked to have more counters in the Lobby / Main page, showing them the total games every played on Lichess, how many this year, this month and today. Ask and ye shall receive. You have to enable this from Preferences, the last option in the "Lobby page elements" preference
