So I went through Lichess changes, general testing and performance testing, as well as some recent user requests. This is what version 2.4.82 brings:
-
all LiChess Tools features should be working fine with the new Lichess changes in the move list
-
the Expand all variations tool, the one that removed the native collapse/expand Lichess feature (also known as Disclosure) was REMOVED - that's because there is a native toggle to enable/disable Disclosure in the analysis hamburger menu
-
the "No fish button on mobile" theme was REMOVED - because Lichess now eliminates the computer evaluation header control instead of just hiding it. Let me know if it's important to you to revert this change. I think it's decent and any buttons that needed that ceval header generate their own container and appear fine now.
-
a new "Hidden" option is available for "Next move behavior for variations", the so called fork control. A Lichess bug prevented this to be shown on mobiles. Now the bug has been fixed, but people complained about it :) so you can now hide it with this.
-
a new game list filter has been added to filter out analysed games, per user request - you have to enable it
-
the Give up button in interactive lessons depended on Play all variations being enabled, now it's independent
Some other minor bugs and a lot of performance issues were solved.
Please let me know if anything is amiss. This version should be stable and bug free as much as possible.
Thank you all, and keep having fun!
