Yes it is Fleur Delacour. She isn ́t evil. I was a bit distracted by the word. (IDK what that word was until i looked up the translater)

Bro one of the O.W.L.s rules is that you CAN'T bring self-correcting quills(Google). If any body else cheats and uses a self correcting quill or anything else other then their brain and their quill, they automatically FAILL THEIR O.W.L.s. Only if you are REALLY stuck may you use your books.
