The Real Reason Hans Niemann is Accused of cheating and Banned by Chess.com

They use the wand to check his body for receiving equipment, but they forget to check his feet. He's using Sockfish.

Maybe, just maybe, Magnus left the tourney because they caught HIM cheating?

Just as much evidence of him cheating, at that tourney as Hans doing it, at that tourney.

He is being railroaded by the elite because he is too good.

Vincent Keymer is only 17 and better than this bigmouth. "Chess speaks for itself" says the two times online cheater. Banning speaks for itself.

By the way, go away with this "elite thing". It is Donald Trump/QAnon rhetoric/scam to manipulate people.

I'm so having fun reporting people for public shaming.

Chess.com told Hans the reason for his ban. There not need to be any connection to Sinquefield Cup

So chess.com doesn't share cheating insights unless it considers it opportune? E.g., in case of assisting its new horse MC?

F.ck off, chess.com!

YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT'S BEHIND THE BAN.

There's no proof for conspiracist manipulation at chesscom. Absolutely ignoble if you're serious with this!

If chess.com's updated statement is not rooted in fact, they've opened themselves up to a lawsuit from Niemann. There is no good reason for chess.com to then expose themselves to a potential lawsuit by claiming that Hans has cheated more frequently and seriously than he admitted. It is my understanding that the deal between chess.com and Play Magnus was sealed before the game occurred, so they had nothing to gain by banning Hans at Magnus' request.

I don't know whether or not Hans cheated against Magnus during the Sinquefield Cup, but I would not rule out the possibility that Hans has not been entirely forthcoming regarding his cheating online in the past.

He comes across a certain way is unrelated. Its easy to look at external factors and make quick judgements.

A man's career is at stake.

CC said they’d spoken HN about their reasons for the ban. If HN is 100% not guilty, All he has to do is tell CC to make that information public or for him to tell us what CC said and then let them confirm or deny.

Either CC will be in the clear or HN will.
