And of course the media isn't talking about the fact that Hillary Clinton lost her appeal on the email situation....
@SavageAntarctican
I removed editorialization from the quotes. The numbers stand for themselves.
"In 2019 police officers fatally shot 1,004 people. African-Americans were about a quarter of those killed by cops last year (235). [P]olice shootings are a function of how often officers encounter armed and violent suspects. In 2018, the latest year for which such data have been published, African-Americans made up 53% of known homicide offenders in the U.S. and commit about 60% of robberies."
"A 2015 Justice Department analysis of the Philadelphia Police Department found that white police officers were less likely than black or Hispanic officers to shoot unarmed black suspects."

I'll take Munificent's point a step further, of the 1004 fatal shootings, 41 were of unarmed citizens. 9 of which were african-american.
@Munificent
Could you elaborate more? What about the other 75%? That doesn't show White vs Black on the situation. Black people committing more crimes doesn't contribute in anyway and only seems to make it likely that there would be more Black arrests and what not. Also it'd be nice to see actual numbers on the last part.

What about the other 32?
the vast majority of protests is peaceful...
@Developmentals this has nothing to do with Clinton emails or White vs Black.
I think 19 were white, the rest consists of some mixture of latino and asian I assume.
@BansheeRove
It does in a sense that this is overshadowing the rest.... as if on purpose.
@Blackshuck So 9 v 19?
