This shouldn't be posted in chess, it should be in off topic. Chess should be a strategy game, not a fix-ur-tech-and-get-the-best-mouse-and-stuff game. The way you play should affect ur rating. Not ur mouse.
I think that at 900 not playing bullet and playing some slower time control, even 3 mins would help a lot more than buying a new mouse, that being said my mouse was really frustrating me and I ended up buying a $40 logitech mouse.
I use the Logitech G203 Lightsync Gaming Mouse. I have to say that I noticed an improvement when I started using a mouse that would allow me to play faster, in addition, it does not seem to be so expensive.
I meanly play bullet for fun when I only have a few minutes to play. The reason I want a mouse is not only to improve but to have more fun over all and eliminate frustrating things like trying to drag a piece across the board in crazyhouse and being able to easily hold down the mouse button and move my cursor at the same time.
buy one in the action, will cost you only 50 eurocents.

Improving chess will help more than improving mouse
... If you have good chess but not a good mouse what's the point. Countless mouse slips. You need both good chess and good mouse.
I like apple magic mouse no wires no tangles that's why i like it
Personally, I highly recommend the Logitech G305. It's wireless, lightweight and it's reasonably cheap.
