when i am studying chess (opening middle game or endgame ) , and i use a book , i put the games in pgn and the alternatives also , but however how much fun it is , it is still time consuming , i wonder if there are books that have been put in databases or in pgn ?

They have some here. They sell Kasparov's "My Great Predecessors" and Shirov's "Fire on Board" and some other good books that are published in Chessbase and PGN format. Also, if you have some patience you can search around on the internet and find books that people did the same thing as you and took the time to convert a book into PGN or Chessbase with text annotations and uploaded it.

If the book is in pdf there is chessvision.ai ebook reader which will analyze all the diagrams and has stockfish engine built into the reader.
