Play mosty classical and rapid games (15+10 is the best time centrol for training)Solve chess puzzles,analyze your games,rent a course with chess teacher .
I am not good at chess myself, but I analyze most of my games to find patterns of my own mistakes writing them down in my notes s.t. I learn from them and hopefully dont repeat them again.
Yes. Study games played by the masters. Analyze your games. Keep playing against tougher opponents.
