Because you help put food on the table for the families of the employees of chess.com.
For what it’s worth - I do like the piece sets / board themes on chesscom a lot more than I do on lichess, but it’s not enough of a reason to make me play there.
chess.com? Is it that website in which you can't analyze your games without paying at least monthly?

That's exactly why I like Lichess better...it's all free.
