OK but it doesn't make sense to completely ignore 2600s and give 2700s a title.
Keep it simple. Just add the super Grandmaster title for players rated above 2700 or 2750 fide. Players like Magnus, Fabi, Ding, Nepo, Levon, Mamedyarov, Grischuk, Anish, Wesley So, Radjabov and so on should be distinguished between but perhaps not above grandmasters.

OAGM sounds like AGM, which is just a version of GM to deceive yourself.
