I have a problem.
us bro us, bullet is so addictive
Hold both your nostrils with you hands and blow air out of your nose.
That's how you quit bullet
That's how you quit bullet
I have the same doubt, since no matter what, my game in bullet ain't improving and I have tried multiple ways to improve it. And this gave me an urge, urge to play and improve in bullet, but I don't wanna play it anymore. It's self-harming, and yes, it is affecting my classical and rapid game. So I want to quit chess bullet. I asked AI and this is what it replied:
it's okay to step back from bullet if it's hindering my progress. To quit, I can set clear boundaries by removing the bullet section from my chess platform or setting a reminder not to play bullet. I’ll replace it with activities that will help my overall improvement, like endgame practice, solving tactical puzzles, or studying openings. I’ll set specific improvement goals for my classical and rapid games, and focus on the satisfaction of progress in these formats. If tempted, I can take breaks or engage in other relaxing activities to reset my mind. Quitting bullet is a step towards prioritizing long-term growth, and it’s part of my chess journey.
It didn't helped me, but i thought I should share it with you, maybe it will be helpful to You if not for me :)

"O NO!! I'M ADDICTED TO BULET!!!" Switch to hyper bullet and play a few games and that should do it.
Admittedly when I first read that I thought it said: "How to quit ballet?"
You should reduce the amount of time, slowly at first, then more until you dont play it any more. For example, 1 hour to 55 minutes, then slowly reduce by 5 minutes each time until you get to 0 minutes. Also play rapid, or blitz, it will make you more addicted to it than bullet.
Play hyperbullet.
Why quit when you can get better at it?
