I hope this doesn't apply for your friend, but the sad reality is, once a users been chat banned they normally lose interest in posting and dont return after their unbanned.
Hopefully @ChessKing1015056 comes back though

im not going to give any names.Because if i do ,it will pressure them that they have to keep posting good stuff.I was once a popular poster,Im not into forums anymore.I dont think there is anyone here in my level also.Hahahaha,where does my confidence come?
