There are so many rules and protocols in standard chess we have to follow to play a fair and square game. If you got a chance to add another rule of your choosing your wish your imagination what would it be ?? It could be a rule to help others get more involved in chess , make chess more interesting , easy or difficult or even to help you win more games.Maybe you could want to invent a new type of chess numeration , or you can create a new type of new chess piece , probably increase the number of squares or even create a new direction or number of squares for a piece to move .It can be just about let's say anything !!!!

The rule I would add would be my opponent starts without their queen.

@TGBM XD
I would want to add a new move called "torre." You can move both of your rooks onto the e file and the d file at the same time.

Rule: Each piece moves one spot diagonally from where you wanted to move. If the piece was on a light square, it'll go diagonally towards the kingside and if it was on a dark square, it'll go diagonally towards the queenside :P
Also bishops go one space forward instead of diagonally towards the kingside on a light square and go one space backwards instead of diagonally towards the queenside because then that wouldn't be trippy enough
