Is this the propaganda you're talking about? I'm sorry, but isn't it a stretch to call what is essentially a request for soldiers to (paraphrasing) obey the constitution "propaganda"? That doesn't strike you as being a biased way of interpreting that statement?
What if democratic lawmakers asked military soldiers not to shoot civilians. Is that also propaganda?

Could you, for everyone's benefit, clarify a point (I think I kniw the answer but I don't want to assume). If a propaganda is true, is itstill propaganda?
