Push a button and detonate 100 criminals or do nothing and let 100 civilians die, so which choice would you do?
What kind of criminal?
By default, I would press the button.
But before doing so, I would try to get as much information as possible. Lists of both 100 people, or at least a brief description of them. If possible, it maybe would change my decision.

Unless there's a miracle, that's the same as letting the 100 civilians die. I wouldn't suppose that God gave you the button hoping that you'd decide to run away from the difficult situation?

@Bird-Seed ,if you press the button you become a criminal , this is how the devil works, if you do nothing , the civilians get to heaven , why worry. If I blow up 100 criminals am I going to find out that I've just spared 100 suspected child molesters whose trials are pending?
Can I blow up everyone just to be on the safe side?
Criminals are still civilians if they are not on the armed forces. So, there could be the possibility that I kill 100 civilians and a 100 criminals and still only 100 people die, which are the criminals because they are civilians.
Whereas 100 criminals might be in death sentence, but they are still civilians, so if I dont do nothing, 100 civilians die, but they are criminals as well and they will die by execution.
So either way, 100 criminals die and 100 civilians die regardless of what you do.
Need more specifics.
It would be a better moral dilemma if each group had the button to cause the other group to explode. But if no group presses the button they both detonate, a bit like in the Dark Knight
