Safe to keep a coin I found on the street?

Some of asian believe collect coins from street floor can brings bad luck and other believe feeding strays cat brings good luck~just some theory for fun I think

We could drop one cent coins where ever we go.

But I dropped a coin the other day, and I’m very protective of my belongings...

The law is only enforced if police or IRS find someone has a suspicious amount of money, and their defense is that they found it on the ground.
Police will not arrest you if they see you pick a few bucks up off the ground, unless they already wanted you for something else and needed an excuse. That is what these overbroad laws are for. Problem is they remove the trial all together.
