My answer is no, and if chess.com didn't have better game analysis and better elo system I would never use it. Here is why:
First of all, chess.com has the notorious "premium" account service. Puzzles and game analysis should not be charged at all and they make you pay. If considering the improvements through training (at least according to chess.com themselves) ,chess.com sounds a bit p2w.
Secondly, there are thousands of accounts which involves cheating. Knowing as "cheater.com", chess.com always fails to detect cheaters correctly. Not only they often ignore cheating, they also ban normal players for absolutely ridiculous reasons. As a 1100 rated player on chess.com, my former account got banned just because I had over 90 percent accuracy two or three times a day (these advanced beginners are crazy now they can perform Greek Gift and use it well).
Last but not least I found something strange recently. When I played badly and suddenly get well I will always have the black pieces. And often for 3 or 4 games in a row. I don't know if it's my bad luck. but I am pretty sure that the algorithm has someting sus.
Thus, chess.com is a 2/10 for me (one point for analysis and one for elo system). If you want to talk trash go ahead, because you are rich and can get a premium. Or you often cheat on chess.com and feel bad to be discovered. Why not get out of this cheap website with unaccurate elos?
if u were banned all u had to do was appeal and u would probably have ur account back. Chess.com does not have something sus in the algorithm like that or it would have been spotted way long ago, secondly, it has more players than lichess, including more titled players which is why more people flock to the website. The site isn't 2\10 in anyway, more like a 6 or 7/10, it also has instructive learning tools which are free for all members.
However tho, lichess, from my experience is still better since I find that the user interface for lichess compared to chess.com is way, way better and easier to grasp than chess.com. Despite being a billion dollar company, chess, coms user interface is slow, laggy and hard to understand compared to lichess's easy to understand user interface paired with way lesser lag tho its a non profit.
Each site has its advantages and disadvantages, but lichess's advantages far surpass its disadvantages unlike chess.com

if chess.com didn't have better game analysis
What is better about the game analysis? Are you referring to the "brilliant" moves? That's just a cheap gimmick to make people feel good about themselves, thus manipulating them to use the site more. It doesn't actually tell you anything useful, because it's not easy to define what a brilliant move is.
and better elo system
I can assure you that chess.com does not have a better "Elo" system because it does not use Elo at all. In fact, if it did, it would be worse than Lichess's rating system because Lichess (like chess.com) uses Glicko which is an improvement over Elo. Lichess uses Glicko 2, while chess.com uses Glicko 1, so in actuality, Lichess's rating system is better than chess.com's. https://lichess.org/page/rating-systems
nah but chess.com analysis id say is still better than lichess
chess.com analysis is wayy better and I only play chess.com buz of it. Lichess plss have a analysis like that .
Chess.com needs to offer playing against the computer w/ a means by which to e-a-s-i-l-y save the match mid-game/sign-off/sign-back-on-later/pick-up where game left off. Lichess does do this in a wonderfully adept fashion which is why I have moved in large part to Lichess from Chess.com. Meanwhile, what I'd like to see Lichess do is keep a history, along with rating of my performance against the Lichess computer (at the various difficulty levels) - "Idea:" Lichess could do this for PAYING users so as to make it a profitable endeavor.
Just to clarify, there is an analysis and a review. Chess.com offers reviews which has special features (and some very gimmicky ones), whereas Lichess.org offers an analysis.
And yes, I much prefer Lichess. The only reason I play chess.com is because of the extra variants it has and how many players it has. If more people played pichess I would play that instead.

Here is my opinion:
Chess.com is 3/10:
0.5 for multiple premoves which would have saved so many times in Lichess...
0.5 for variants.
2 points for game analysis but -1 because of premium thing.
2 points for bots variety but -1 because of limited bots.
All the rest kind of sucks...
Lichess is way better.

should not be 0.5 for premoves cuz chess.com premove takes away 0.1 sec per move
