rating only the chess.com website is pointless. ches.com is a brand and you should take everything they do into consideration. yeah the website sucks for you and sucks for me, but it might not for you. lichess has better tools if you know how to use them, but chess.com offers much easier entrance and introduction to the game of chess. also they prioritize monetization, but they do a lot for chess in different branches. take youtube for example. so in short website is bad if you want to improve/take chess more seriously, but its great for chess introduction and casual players

Playing bullet in chesscom is shit
No because there aren’t many tournament and it keep pushing you to pay. Also, the people in the forums are very unresponsive compared to here where there are actual forums.

-1 absolutely trash UI.
-4 for variant games not saved
+3 for all the big events they host/are a part of
-4 for litterally buying the competition ( chess24 and streamer contracts )
+1 username can be changed
+4 good tournament coverage
-1 for all the useless gimmick features ( brilliant moves, leagues, etc )
-0.5 no berserk
Overall chess.com gets 5.5/10
