How did come up with your name?

I took it from my statement of account.

For the first part, (LBbatch) my mom gave me that nickname when I was young and it stuck. For the second part (3), I am the third in my family. (Ex. Your grandfather's name is Bob, your dad's name is Bob, and your name is Bob)

MeneerMandje (literally translated a MisterBasket) is a famous person in the Netherlands because he shouted the word MAND! (basket)
