How about "Funny Boy" (or "Funny Girl", if you prefer a female superhero)...someone who can make most people laugh their butts off and be unable to act in opposition. The superhero has very few similarities to The Joker, and some people might be immune to this, such as Batman (Batman is sooooo serious...does he ever laugh?). Well, my ideas might not be fantastic, but I'm just trying to help. I'll try to leave things alone and see what superheroes other people create. :)
