Powers? Change of reality is good. For example, there is someone who has physical powers vs your superhero (change of reality). Your superhero can create a reality that his opponent can't use his powers so now he can beat him.

@LordSupremeChess I have a couple of ideas...they might not sound very original or very exciting, but maybe you can build on them. 1) A superhero who has the ability to be enlightened (like Buddha), but decides to stay around to fight the good fight.
2) A superhero who can become either a dragon (with all of the powers of an ancient dragon) or a spirit-being with the ability to influence the masses...the spirit-being can only be affected by magic, and then only the most powerful magic...
Well, they're just ideas...keep thinking about superheroes...there are worse things about which to think...I'd recommend not worshipping super villains...we have enough villains in this world...
