Flat Earth

I wonder if people are still joking here or some are really getting serious when saying Earth is flat :/

Either way it's not funny anymore.
@robotrock what is your issue? Do you believe in flat earth or round earth or other shapes of earth? What do you think actually is the shape of the earth?
#91,
it has never been about flat earth, as I am the O poster. It has always been about people not being able to debate a controversial topic in a logical, scientific, and respectful way. And no, this was not meant to be funny or amusing, but it certainly was. I'm glad that people with high IQ's have no clues. Not really tho. That makes it all the more scary. If someone smart can't disprove a ridiculous theory, then I lose faith in mankind.
Perfect example, if I may, at risk of Cathy rearing her uneducated, illogical, head again. This individual not only contradicts flat earth, which I am not a proponent of, which she would know if she read the entire post, but she crosses her fingers in faith, which is to contradict her own wish of faith, that I am of "good faith" by her standards. And now she's "out". Showing no actual faith for me. Because she never had faith in me or in anything. Because she is a walking contradiction of herself. This is precisely my point. Wake up. Her home work consists of obvious lies like the rule of Vivaldi lmao rofl. who's the troll.
I made a mistake, I should have called it Globular earth, and challenged the belief that the earth is globular. I sincerely apologize. I should have asked for reasons and proof that the earth is globular. Let's start this now, since no-one can contradict flat earth. Now lets shift gears to why earth is a globe including all forms of media evidence. Perhaps people will be more free to express their beliefs.
Better than being mindless, if you cannot add a single thought whatsoever to the debate. Clicking your mouse fast does not make you a chess master. It makes you a mouse master. Are you a man with an opinion or a mouse with just a squeak in the dark.
If you're talking about the "Flat Earth Society," then I might know something about it as I ran across some members of their group in Los Angeles. From what I got from their members, it's actually a very enlightened group of people who want to maintain a focus on questioning so called "scientific advancements" that might not actually better the human race. One example could be asbestos, which was originally believed to be an incredible scientific advancement in building homes due it's fire resistant properties. Of course, as we know now, asbestos also causes cancer. Calling themselves "the Flat Earth Society" is kind of an 'in your face' approach to this political agenda by taking the first step in admitting to be challenging notions that seem obvious....at least at first glance. Hence, perhaps even the most OBVIOUS advancements in our knowledge of the world such as even a 'round' Earth should be challenged if at all deemed necessary.
