Yes, yes, we have a lot of behavior policies on the platform, some that even I don't understand. But even so we see a lot of lack of empathy and a lot of super prejudiced people. Furthermore, there is no way of knowing if our reports lead to anything.

Do I get informed about the actions taken?
You might get a notification if somebody you reported is banned. You will not get notifications about any other actions taken. So there might have been a warning without you getting informed about it. Getting no notification doesn‘t mean the report was dismissed or not looked at. There is no need to send a second report about the same infraction. It will not be seen at faster nor will it make a ban more likely.

@saurabhsangeeth
Oh thanks, i dont know that.
But it is already a reality that the rules for living together are inefficient for web. The regulation of what we do and say on the Web is pretty bad, though, and it's not just the lichess. That's pretty frustrating sometimes. Often people, if they are notified, do not suffer further reprimands, and it ends up coming to nothing. What we see today is nothing more than the rates of virtual cancellation and cyberbullying growing because the rules for socializing in networks do not work, lichess is no exception.

I just said that it is not in all cases that they carry out complaints. Sometimes he's really good, but because I know an account that used Cheat twice, had two banned accounts for that reason, and created the third account, and the lichess just didn't block his home IP, which he usually does in these cases to avoid new accounts.

I do believe the Lichess community is rather toxic.
I've seen plenty of hypocrites, DM-advertisers that keep saying "Plz join my team!" even after they have already been told "No", people making bad excuses for their immoral actions, people disrespecting others because they have a different opinion than them, ass-kissers, and other types of shitty people.
