Plus if the world really crumbled to the virus, china would be cut off, with no country to sell product, no economy, no importing, all nothing. Isolated. And eventually china will finally collapse if everyone died. How ridiculous would someone be to do that? Certainly not china, no one would do that.

Also if you take it into science, humans had not yet managed to create an artificial virus, or bacteria, or anything. Humans can not yet create and modify more potent virus DNAs and just insert it into a virus, we cannot create an artificial DNA yet.
Note: This is not the same thing as CRISPR technology. (from my view)
