I've never understood the point of putting paper bats, a singing plastic skeleton, or pumpkins. No, they're not scary!

People should put more interesting things, like unwashed socks, or signs that say "low-interest credit." Those are really scary !!!

I'm talking abt the actually scary ones i don't have an example at the moment however.
